Just wondering if this is normal or not. My fan never stops running. Just to add, it is between 15-25F here in Michigan so its not hot and this is after the engine gets to ambient temperature. It stays at a constant speed and then turns faster, slows back down and then up again. Cycles like this every 6-8 seconds, constantly. I've heard that this may be the "unique fan clutch" that is part of the snow plow prep package. Just wondering if others run like this. Thanks for any help.
