I think it would take the whole ORG to buy fuel for that little row boat.

One tank at $3.70 is more than my truck is worth. It will cost
$74,000 to fuel up!!!!
But with a range like that, you could steam from Oregon down through the Panama Canal to Maine and pick up all the ORG members on the way.
