Well as I stated in another thread my truck broke down while of vacation in southwestern Pennsylvania two days before I was planned to come home. The truck would not start or stay running. Ford Roadside assistance towed the truck to

DAVIES FORD HOME PAGE. I delt with Jeff their service advisor over the phone and explained to him my situation. He explained that their diesel techs was swamped, they had 3 trucks broke down on the lot since Monday and could not promise to fix the truck but he did promise to have it looked at.
ONLY 8 HOURS LATER Jeff called me back to tell me that he had the parts in stock and the truck was fixed!! I was all set to pick it up and make my trip back home! That to me was incredible service for an out of town person who has absolutely no ties to the dealer. They treated me as if I had bought the truck there in my opinion. They are first rate in MHO!!
My only regret was I wasn't able to meet with Jeff and the tech and buy them a beer because they certainly deserved it!
