The Ford advertising calls it Rapid Heat. The window sticker lists it as "PTC Supplemental Heater" and it costs $250 on the Ford sticker. It is that extra electric heater offered in diesel trucks to give faster heat when waiting for the engine to warm up.
So it sounds like it can be added on. 450.00 WOW. Does it seem like a difficult job if anyone knows??
