My starter went zing!
I got in my '02 PSD 4x4 auto w/73k miles and when I went to start it...zing...tried again and it worked fine, this is the second time since I've owned it (about a month now)that this has happened. What are the chances of the starter gear being bad? The ring gear on the flywheel wouldn't be wore out already, can it? I have'nt tried to pull the starter to see yet. Just hoping for the best. Kelly
