Been having the same issue with my truck.
My question is WHERE is the switch? A buddy of mine who used to have an F350 and is an ASE Tech told me it was at the front of the door, but in reading all of parts descriptions for a new switch, they keep saying the switch is part of the latch, which I would think is at the BACK of the door.
