Yes, that horizontal cooler in the front of the truck is the tranny cooler. It is the primary so you usually leave it there and run a secondary with a thermostatic fan on it or something. There are primary coolers and secondary coolers. There are also ratings on the coolers, make sure you get a duty enough one and not something for a honda civic!
