Under hood temperatures at speed are only a few degree's above ambient.

There would be no SOTP difference and 10-20 degree's at take off would be negligable - that's why we have intercoolers.

A good idea would be to SUPER cool the tubes or I/C with some other substance but then you start running into cost effectiveness...
