In your list of "things to come" it states ww
and ats housing.
Is your current turbo surging? stalling?
If the answer is yes then read on. If your answer is NO then the only reason to do either mod is for sound or a slight change in the powerband rpm.
A. WW - this will help REDUCE surge - since it flows less air at lower RPM's.
B. ATS housing - this will eliminate surge.
The two are not needed together, but once you go with an ATS housing it won't matter which wheel you use.
Basically what I'm getting at is determine what the problem is (if any) and then decide if you want to reduce it, or cure it. I say go with one or the other - don't spend money on both.
OR buy a new turbo that doesn't surge
