ONLY GETTING THE P1210 CODE: i believe it's, injector control pressure at expected level

2000 psd. superchip. intake. exhaust. 153xxx miles.

I've replaced the ICP sensor and it is working properly. The truck starts fine then it lugs and seems very underpowered when it's cold. Even when it's hot it doesn't like to start anymore.
Today...i've checked fuses. checked icp. changed oil/filter. changed fuel filter. I'm stumped so i'll let all you guys battle out the diagnosis.
