I am actully in two disputes. I just won on the second one. The first one couldn't repair my truck after 12 days and the second dealer finnished in 1.5hrs. So on the first dealer I have the BBB who do Fords arbitrating digging in. The second dealer refused warranty because the first dealer "marked" my trucks vin with the factory. Are you confused yet?? Boy I am. I'm gett'n to old for this stuff. Aren't you supposed to kick back when you retire or is that grow a tire when you retire. Thanks for all the support from the group.
