My heart goes out to ya Bud. I can only imagine how sick you feel. At least you guys are ok. The trailer can be replaced.

I run our 911 center here at Langley and I can tell you that it may have seemed like forever but time goes by like an eterninty when you are in that position. We routinely get complaints about it taking us 30 minutes or more to get to a call and everytime I validate one of those complaints it turns out we were there within 4 to 7 minutes. Not defending your FD though since I don't know the situation.

And they kind of have to tear it up to get to the fires inside the walls and such. Look at it this way, it was a gonner anyway, not trying to be sarcastic here, just facts.

I hope things work out for you with the insurance company. I'm sure they will give you whatever the book value of it is. Hopefully you have coverage on the contents too.

best of luck to you.
