Well my camper burned yesterday. Me and my daughter had went up to it yesterday morning and turned the heat on and she started playing with her toys. Decided to use the stove since the last time we used it on Thanksgiving it gave us some trouble trying to lite it. Anyway proceeded to cook some food and she said she had to use the restroom. Well I didn't have any water hooked up so we came right back down the hill to my house which is about 100 yards from the camper. We both used the restroom and when we went back outside we heard the dog barking. Looked up the driveway and saw smoke rolling from the camper, I immediately called 911 and they were on the way. It seemed like about 20 minutes before they got here and buy then I was watching it go up in flames hoping it wasn't gonna catch the woods on fire. This is what's left after they put it out and tore it apart . This is the first time I've ever had to file anything with my insruance company other than a windshield. I hope it don't make my insurance go up to much. They are coming tomorrow with a lowboy and somehow we are gonna get the slides back in and get it loaded up on a low boy trailer. They'll haul it to the rv salvage yard in Birmingham and wait on the insurance adjuster to come look at it. I'm wondering if they'll pay it off or just tell me to go get another one? Like I said I've never had anything like this happen before. Man I was in tears watching this thing go up in flames and couldn't do anything about it. What do ya'll think will happen?
