When I had the problems with mine I called the place that
installed it and the guy told me how to reset it. It is a Ford
alarm but the dealers don't install them. I have had three trucks with them. If you can't find out who installed it let
me know and I will find out for you. The one on my truck
is broken and I just put it in valeigh mode.
