4wheel parts epic fail

I ordered a steering stabilizer through them.. they packaged the ripped up box into another box and never made sure the parts were in there.. needless to say some parts were missing.... about 8 weeks later and about 6 phone calls still don't have my parts... I will never order from this place again

I've never had a good experience with them and I've given them a couple chances. Never again...

If nobody has had a good experience with them, and no response from the vendor here, why would they be allowed to be a sponsor? I would request my money back or file claim with your bank or cc company if you have not already done so. I own 2 online stores and customer service is my #1 priority. Seems to be the last thing on the big company's list.

I used to buy parts from them all the time and they were great, but that was many moons ago and companies change...

You should buy parts from reputed store because they have good services and on-time delivery. The reputed stores has gained the reputation because they have good services. You should also repair your car from a good centre because sometimes it happens that your vehicle can be repaired, but the centre suggest you changing the part and this leads to increase the expense.
wheel repair is a good option to save money.

I used to be a store manager for them and that is only 1 of the reasons I left and opened my own shop.

Its what I have found with any large chain store. I'll stick with the small business guys anyday. They know there product they know how they ship and they know how it works and what products work for one vehicle and not for another. When there was a mistake or mix up its cleared up and I have been satisfied. Diesel Power products just a shout out to them I ordered a 185amp alt powder coat blue. Said it was back ordered till November. Showed up on my step 5 days later. They found one and got it to me. Very nice pleasant surprise
