I get right at 20 (19.8) on the highway when I keep my RPM's between 1950 - 2000. That is without a programmer, it does have an open air element and an open exhaust. In the city I obviously do well under this (12 - 15mpg).

Why you aren't getting better mileage is any body's guess, driving style, who knows. But please don't ask for advice and then question what is provided as it seems you did in this post.

The members here prolific in their help and keep the exaggeration's to a minimum. The advice given on this website is well founded in personal experiences, proven technology, and good ol' American ingenuity.
