Question Fleetgard coolant test

Does anyone know what the test results will be if you run the fleetguard test at a lower temperature. I ran a test at about 45 degrees and the reading I got was a .6 at -30 degrees which tells me that I need to add a pint of additive. I had the coolant changed at a ford dealer and I was afraid that they would mess it up. First I had a issue of not enough coolant and now I have this issue. Should I add the pint or should I run another test with the coolant at a higher temp?
