If you do the stuff you have in your sig for "future upgrade" you will have a completely diffent truck. The intake, exhaust and a DP tuner chip will cost you under 1200. And it will outpull any gasser on the road.
I guess maybe you will need to do something with the transmission but, I haven't yet.
