Vibration-Then Roaring Vibration

2002 F250 4x4 CC
As I casually gain speed at around 35mph I feel a light vibration, if I get on the throttle agressively it is not as bad. As I get on the interstate casually gaining speed at around 55mph I get a bad roaring vibration if I get on the throttle harder it isn't as bad but still roaring vibration, if I let off a little to maintain speed or slow down slowly it gets real bad roaring vibration, if I completly let off throttle to slow down quickly no roaring vibration. While in between 55mph and 75mph and holding a steady throttle I can make the vibration worse and the roar "talk" by by playing with the throttle. I have read the 12 pages of driveline problems and there is alot of problems similar to mine but none that has the exact same symptoms. Any feed back will be appreciated. Thanks.
