Get lots of paper towels, oil, and carb cleaner. clean all the stuff on the top of the motor. Add oil, may take two or three gallons (really). Have someone crank the motor and look around the top of the motor. You should see a leak within a minute of cranking. The possibilities are o-rings, high pressure hoses, or something has come loose.
