Ours for trying to make a work truck into a country club status symbol. Trucks are not lincolns or cadilacs.
Uhh no not quite. I work in an area full of country clubs and they have a hard enough time parking there caddy's and would never be able to manage any kind of truck.

It is time for all the people who really dont need these trucks to stop buying them. They make them too expensive for those of us who realy need them to afford.
I see more farmers driving around in fully loaded Lariats and King Ranch's than pool service guys driving around high end Superduty models. If they were so concerned with price why didn't they buy the XL model or even splurge a little go with the FX4 that has a few options of the higher models with out biggest price tag? Fact is higher demand means higher production and lower cost. You can't expect to buy a truck in 97 and it not to go up in 10 years and then blame the people that are buying them that don't pull 20k lbs day in and day out.
