holy Toledo Batman! 200k plus is lot of miles unless you know exactly how the truck was treated previously. was it run hard? I doubt it was babied. regardless, with that many miles, I am sure you got a good deal on it. repairs and replacing parts with that many miles is completely acceptable in my book. I work my truck very hard (towing) but take even better care of it. "extremely well maintained" describes my truck to the letter. I hope you get that fine 7.3L up and running well soon.
