We see those getting pulled in quite frequently around here. I work in Sabine Pass and it is a sportsman's paradise for fishing, crabbing, duck hunting, etc. Last year we made a couple EMS calls where people got knicked by some of those bad boys "sampling" people's legs or hands while they were surf fishing. It seems that it happens far more frequent to the guys that have their bait bag hanging off their hip.
I don't have much reason to go into the water after seeing some of those bigguns being dragged out.
