here is another one......a REALLY easy one for use on tortilla chips...
1 can of chili
1 package cream chease
Mix the two together, Heat it up very slow stirring regularly, on the lowest burner temp possible, or even better yet if you have a small crock pot, use it. Season to taste with cayanne or red pepper, dip on tortilla chips....
