I have worked in a body shop for the past 7 years and have installed a lot of these. Most people complained be cause belive it or not they do lower your MPG You have to drill holes anyway to mount it and we ran the wires down through the holes. You have to drop the headliner and remove the plastic pillar sections (not hard) and run the wires like you would anything else, I would suggest putting cab lights on. the look better in my personal opinion, as for filling in the light holes on the visor...
