I had very similar problem with my Dodge I had, it ended up being that the pressure sensor was bad and could not read the correect line pressure to tell the ECM to shift the trans, had that fixed and no other problem with it until I bought the 08. And 78,000 miles strong with just a few times I fell a slight hessitation between shifts, but Ford says that thats normal from time to time for it to recalibrate itself? But so far so good with this new tranny, and I have tested it beyond Ford ever did I am sure.
