IDM is plug and play, located in the drivers side fenderwell.....(front)
If you want a factory type unit, i would buy it from the dealer. If you want an upgraded, more powerfull unit, there are aftermarket options available. DO NOT use a junkyard unit unless it exactly matches the part number on the one that is on your truck...
