I have an 08 F-350 and I have a Cobra 25 under my steering column. I cut out the plastic cover and bolted the mount to the plastic shroud around the column. I then just used some black upholstery fabric and put around the cb itself. It is low and out of the way and still at easy reach under the column. Or you can always do like others I have seen and just throw it in the center cut out in the dash with some velcro- . Hope this helps and if you want to see a pic just email me at
