Powerstroke rods from 99-00 are Forged Rods and are good for 500-550. At that power level you really should get a better turbo and once you get over 43-45psi you are pushing what your factory heads can take, I would get them studded. And don't forget your motor, properly prepared, should be fine at 500rwhp....your stock trans not so much. I am building the transmission fund right now myself.
