If I read that right, it has nothing to do with the foglights. It keeps the low beams on when you turn the highbeams on too. I know what you mean though, I did that mod to mine because it drove me nuts too. Now my foglights stay on when I turn on the highbeams!

I haven't used this device from BriteBox I am running their Turbo Lifesaver and it is a excellent product. I am also using the upgraded harness from GOS so if you are worried about the quality of what they sell I can tell you they are first rate.
I am definitly not worried about their quality or their customer service. They are awesome!!
That is where I bought my gauges. I was having problems with two of my gauges(pyro and boost were both defective)I dealt with Kash(guys name) there, he sent me a new gauge twice on good faith before I ever sent mine back to him. I have sent him the bad ones since then. Now everything works great. They are great people to deal with
