Just bought a 99 250 with the 7.3.... Its been sitting for quite a while and won't start with out a little diesel starting fluid, (I know its bad for it....) Once it starts it runs rough. I replaced the fuel filter and fluids but cannot get it to start on its own. I checked the glow plug relay and it seems to be working fine.... any ideas??? bad fuel??? glow plugs??? This is my first diesel so any info helps... thanks
