You can never have enough gauges, I have 3 on the pillar and 4 overhead and still want more.
With my pyro mounted in the up pipe Y I see 300 at idle and 1500 after flooring it for 10-12 seconds. I originally started mounting them there because I thought I would see the temps from both sides but I later realized there is a divider plate inside the Y so I still only see the drivers side. Later on I plan to upgrade the Y and up pipes with a ceramic coated set that doesn’t use donuts so I will probably move it to the manifold then if no one thinks it is better in the Y.
