now wait a minute, an audible test might work without taking the turbo off. Take the intake tube off and spin the wheel with right hand while you get as close as possible with your right ear to listen. Do this before you attempt to put the new bolts in. That way you can see if it is rubbing on the housing. If you put the bolts in first then you would not be able to hear any contact at that point.
As others have said on here and on you post on PSN, the ITP kit would be the last bolts you ever buy.
