No this oil doesn't do anything for the turbo. See the PM I sent you.

If you mean what size hose I use it is a 3/4" heater hose, which is 5/8" ID, I experimented with larger hoses and saw no benefit. The key is the filter element, you can have no restriction whatsoever, or your PSD will turn into a oil fountain. The heater hose works fine but you can't have any low spots in the line, if there is the oil will collect and can soften the hose. Some use the clear vinyl to avoid this but I don't care for the look. I may change mine out to hydraulic line, not cheap but the oil won't affect it.
