Depends on what you're doing with your dually. If you're towing or running loaded then go up to the (usually 80 psi) rating of the tire. Running empty, the truck will ride better at 40-50 psi each. I personally don't like to go less than that because of the possiblity of loosing a tire off the rim bead. As I mainly tow heavy with mine, I keep my dually at 80+ all the time. It doesn't hurt anything, at that psi, while it's sitting in the garage.
