With the correct backspacing you can run them with minor trimming. I stuffed 39.5 swampers under my truck with a 3.5" lift and only rubbed at full lock(turning left) and my drivers side at full stuff in the mud hole. the wheels only had 3.25" BS but you could maybe get by with a 4" BS. the 14" width is where you will have trouble, not the height
