Trey's Chocolate Fudge

Ok Fella's Yall have to trust me on the ingredients for this it is great.

1 lb of stick butter
4 lb of powedered Sugar
1 lb of VELVETTA CHEESE
1 c hersheys Cocoa
2 tsp vanilla

Sift Powdered Sugar and Cocoa or it will clump.

Cut up and Melt cheese and butter slowly very slowly

add vanilla and mix together and dump on cookie sheets. refrigerate till firm.

I can't stress enough the Veletta I have tried off brands and it doesn't set as well. and Sifting it is a must as it will get CLUMPY. You can add anything to it I have used Mexican cheese to make a spicy fudge. I usually add coconut and almond slivers. The Cheese just acts as a bonding ingredient if done properly no taste of cheese. Do it on stove top when meltingo r it will not work right I know idea as to why not but it won't. if you don't believe me ask nova joe tommorow night it is great it makes a whopping 6 lbs and will last for a few days unless ur like my family its gone in about 2 hrs. It just takes patience and is great can do it for around 10 bucks is all it is.
