2004 6.0 L pst E350 Extended. Batts show 12.3 v before key on . Key on... batt 8-6 v . No crank. Just starter relay chatter. Key off... Gage cluster needles spaz 3-5 sec. Key on wait 2 min voltage returns to 11.3 v turn key to start some times will crank some times relay chatter no start. I have 2 extra batts conected and charger running . Glow plug relay bad ? Short in harness? Problem is intermittant and driving me nuts . Dealer wants it back to check but its stuck in driveway !
