from what ive heard and read these trannys are not the greatest in the world.....i just purchased my 96 f250 sd........it has 26k on it........what can i do to ensure that this tranny will last........ive read you can have something done to it but they didnt say what? is it an accumulator shift pak? or will something else need to be done to keep this truck alive. ive getting my tranny temp guage installed in the next week or two.
