Well, I guess I'll be a criminal then..

The Supreme Court is unlikely to say that the 2nd amendment only applies to federal cities. The precedent that was set in DC last year will determine the outcome of this case, I'm sure. It will be decided that the 2nd amendment applies to all citizens, and it is also a personal freedom.

The logic that was used to make the decision in the DC case is that the Bill of Rights are *by definition* personal rights.
