WD-40 works well to just wipe up, don't have to worry about water.

Either or, simple green or any degreaer of your choice, garden hose and some plastic grocery bags to wrap around critical parts, air filter, electronics, etc. etc. Be sure to get off the degreaser as well as you can. Be critical where you hose and how much pressure you use.

Compressed air to dry is always helpful.

Maybe find yourself a non-alcoholic engine shine to use afterwards.
