is it ok to wash my 7.3? i know it needs to be cool and not running the motor is stock ie stock airbox etc. is there something i can spray on it that anyone would reccomend to remove old oil and grime. im new to the diesel any comments would be appreciated. the engine is not too dirty, i just want it to be clean.
