Take a look at your computer here to see if there is a chip in it. The chip installation instructions are the best I can do. It shows what it looks like with a chip and how to take the PCM out. Here:

And like Marc mentioned. At the least check the harness plug on the valve cover for now. The plugs on the injectors have a lock to keep them from coming unplugged. Were the metal clips still there?
