The ball buster turbo is good for 50psi? At what CFM?
I did find where someone said it was good for 500hp but have never herd of any at that power level. I would say your turbo is good for 40psi, not 50. The garrett BB and the TN BB are good for up to 40psi so that is where I get the 40psi. Plus if you are looking to go over 40 I would recommend head studs. To get to this power level you would have to run hybrid injectors and the EGT's would be over 1500* I would guess. To tow with that set up would be very doable with tuning.
On edit: I did some research and you will have to do some research yourself here:
Ball Buster Turbo - Page 2 - Powerstroke Nation
From the reading I did I found that the most power this turbo will dyno is 390hp, not the 500hp they claim.
