Yea, what Pipelayer said. The D66 turbo from beans would be a better upgrade for you over the 99.5+ set-up. The D66 is a direct bolt on and will take much less time to do and cost less than swaping over all your early 99 stuff to the late 99+ years. I thought about doing the 99.5 turbo change about a year ago... needless to say, I'll go for the D66 over that set up any day. Do a few forum searches on the D66 turbo and check it out I think you will find that it is a much greater bang for the buck modification. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
