All right...I'm just working on an idea here...so please bear with me.
To minimize me hitting the REV limiter at the track and on the street, I was thinking, "I could just install a shift light...set it at 3000 and that will give me an idea where I'm at...so I'm not staring at the Tach the whole 1/4 mile."
So I did a little research and I think I found what I need:
MSD 89631 - MSD Programmable Digital Shift Light - JEGS
OR
MSD 8963 - MSD Programmable Digital Shift Light - JEGS
AND
MSD 8918 - MSD Tach Signal GMR Pickup - JEGS
I know a lot of you will be saying stuff like, "Dude you don't need that." ETC, but I really focus too much on the tach while racing and would like to take a little attention off and see what else is going on, EGT, Boost, where am I going?, and further enjoy the joyous 16 seconds
of speed. What ya'll think?
