yeah, speakin of icy roads....this truck is a WHOLE different beast compared to the 1/2 ton gasser I had before.
It's got so much torque and is so heavy that if I'm going up a hill and just TOUCH an icy spot I d@#$ near end up backwards. I put like 400-500 lbs in the back and am thinking of putting more.
I hit black ice w/ my last truck and bit it pretty good so I'm a little leary of the slippery stuff these days
About the programmer and gauges, I'm sure your right. Running it that low in that cold temps would probably be ok, but I know I'd have a hard time keepin my hands away from that Performace Mode setting
