your miles per gallon is calculated internally looking at the sending unit and miles traveled, which is all translated in the computer. If your tire size is different, or if your truck is chipped or programed, it is impossible to trust that calculation and is best done by hand....
The only other place i know of to possibly buy an owners manual is ebay, but maybe someone else has a better idea....
