2 Questions: MPG gauge and Owners manual
hey guys,

Question 1:
My truck is a 2000 F-350 Lariat and I was wondering if there was a way to reset the miles per gallon gauge, on the roof of the cab?

Question 2:

Awile back the owners manual was stolen out of my truck and besides buying it from the dealer is there a cheaper way to get one?
