Yeah I did the CCV and it was almost free and made quite a difference.
The Zoodad is really not meant for the early 99 unless you have an AFE stage II or equivalent. The AFE switches the flow of air from in the fender to the area the zoodad would be cut in. So if you have an AFE you can just cut a hole and go but in my case, for example, I had to devise something to get air up to the filter.
